1. The Anonymity Promise

When someone submits a message to an anonymous inbox, their name, email, and social accounts are never collected or shown to the inbox owner. The recipient sees only the message text and timestamp.

We do not claim absolute untraceability against law enforcement: technical logs and IP metadata may be retained temporarily solely for spam protection, DDoS mitigation, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

2. Data We Collect

For inbox owners: Email address, encrypted password hash, chosen username, display name, received messages, and payment transaction references.

For message senders: The submitted message content and short-term rate-limiting counters.

3. Zero Fake Messages Principle

We never use AI, bots, or simulation scripts to fabricate messages or activity. All messages in an inbox are created exclusively by external visitors submitting through the user's public link.

4. Payments & Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers. We do not store sensitive credit card numbers or mobile money PINs on our servers.
