Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about our no-fake-message commitment, pricing, and privacy.

Are the messages really anonymous?

Yes. As the inbox owner, you cannot see who sent you the message. No name, email, or account is ever attached to a message. Senders do not need to log in or create an account to send you a message.

Do you create fake messages or fake compliments?

NEVER. This is our foundational principle. Many other anonymous apps secretly inject fake confessions or bot messages to artificially stimulate engagement. At Yuno, if you receive a message, an actual human clicked your link and typed it.

What happens after I receive my free messages?

Every new inbox comes with 10 free incoming messages. Once you reach this limit, your existing messages remain accessible, and you are prompted to unlock lifetime access to continue receiving new messages.

Is lifetime access really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once and your inbox is unlocked forever. We do not operate weekly or monthly recurring subscriptions.

What payment methods can I use?

We support modern and local payment options including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Mobile Money wallets (Orange Money, Moov Money, Wave) depending on your region.

Can I install Yuno as an app on my phone?

Yes! Yuno is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can tap "Install" or "Add to Home Screen" in your browser and launch your inbox just like a native app.

What should I do if someone sends abusive messages?

Each message card in your private inbox includes a "Report" button and a "Delete" button. Reported messages are sent to our moderation team. You can also pause your inbox at any time in Settings.

Can I pay to reveal who sent a message?

No. We will never sell sender identities. This would violate the fundamental trust between senders and recipients.
